Grades 1 to 3

Lower School Kinder Campus

Our Lower School

Private Lower Elementary School in Altstetten

In our mixed-age lower school class, we teach children from grades 1 to 3. Our teaching methods are based on the principles of Maria Montessori, Fabian Grolimund, Remo Largo, and Curriculum 21. The languages of instruction are German and English.

In student-centered and teacher-led sequences, your child will acquire cognitive, social, and motor skills in a playful way and with all their senses. Children feel comfortable with us and enjoy learning. Students are taught in a family-like environment, both in groups and individually.

We teach one half-day per week outdoors in the forest, at a playground, in a library, or at a museum.

Regular assessments show the child, teachers, and parents how they are progressing at school. We measure learning success and communicate transparently.

We prepare the transfer to various school systems.
